NCraft Support

NCraft is made by Aleksandr Pavlov, an individual developer. We provide support for NCraft for macOS, iPhone, Windows and Android ourselves — Apple, Google and Microsoft do not.

We answer in English or Russian.

What to include

• your platform and NCraft version (on Windows: Profile → About NCraft; on a Mac: NCraft → About NCraft), and where you got it (App Store, TestFlight, Google Play, Microsoft Store or a direct download);
• what you did, what you expected and what happened, with screenshots if they help.

Never send us your 24 words. We will never ask for them.

What we cannot do

• Restore your identity: there is no account and no copy on our side. To use your identity on a new device, add that device from another device of yours.
• Read, recover or delete messages in your groups: they are end-to-end encrypted on your devices, and we do not hold them.
• Remove someone from a group or change who owns it: only the group's owner and admins can.

Requirements

• Windows: Windows 10 or 11, and the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime (already included in Windows 11).
• macOS: macOS 13 or later.
• iPhone: iOS 17 or later.
• Android: Android 8.0 or later. Notifications while NCraft is closed need Google Play services; without them NCraft fetches new items about every 15 minutes.
• Group conversations need at least one other device with NCraft.
